Our inaugural BOWLS TRAITORS EXPERIENCE took place at CCIBC on Sunday, 20th September, and proved to be a fun and exciting event packed with twists, turns and plenty of surprises.
The competition was a one-end shoot-out format, featuring 48 players divided into 12 teams of fours. Eleven teams were the “FAITHFULS”, while one team secretly took on the role of the “TRAITORS”.
The TRAITORS were given a series of secret missions to complete throughout the event, all while trying to remain undetected by the other teams. Their challenge was to successfully complete their missions without revealing their true identities or intentions.
As the competition unfolded, the tension and excitement continued to build, with the players never quite knowing who they could trust.
In the end, the FAITHFULS emerged victorious, with the TRAITORS falling just short of completing their mission.
The winning team consisted of Greg Harlow, Nicola Phillips, Jonathan Phillips and Ken Gifford, who held their nerve to claim victory.
A fantastic day of bowls, teamwork, deception and, most importantly, plenty of fun!
